Privacy Policy
AudiPod is built so your library stays yours. This page explains, in plain language, what we store, who can see it, and how to have it removed.
What we store
- Your account. Your email address and authentication details, used only to sign you in and secure your library.
- Your books. The text you upload or paste, kept in private storage that only your account can read.
- Your episodes. Generated scripts, transcripts, chapters, key ideas, sources, and the audio files — all attached to your account alone.
- Listening position. Where you paused, so you can resume exactly there.
Who can see your content
Only you. Books and audio are stored privately and served through expiring, signed links that work for your signed-in session alone. We do not sell, share, or publish your books, episodes, or transcripts, and we do not use them for advertising.
AI processing
To turn a book into a podcast, its text is sent to our AI providers for scripting and narration. Your content is processed only to produce your episode. We do not use your books to train models.
Copyright and permissions
Only upload content you own or have permission to process. You are responsible for the rights to the material you upload; AudiPod processes it solely at your direction and stores it privately.
Deleting your data
You can delete any episode from your library at any time, which removes its script, audio, and listening data. To delete your entire account and everything in it, see the Delete Account / Data Request section on the Support page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note it on this page before the change takes effect.
