Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of AudiPod. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Using AudiPod
AudiPod turns books you provide into narrated podcasts. You need an account to upload books and generate episodes. Keep your credentials private, and don't use the service to break the law or anyone's rights.
Your content
You keep all rights to the books you upload. Only upload content you own or have permission to process. By uploading, you confirm you have the rights needed and you direct AudiPod to process that material into a podcast for your personal use. We store your content privately and only to provide the service.
AI-generated output
Episodes, scripts, and answers are generated automatically. They may contain mistakes, omissions, or interpretations you disagree with — always verify anything important against the original book. Generated audio is for your personal listening.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload books you have no right to process.
- Don't redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast generated episodes without the underlying rights.
- Don't attempt to access other users' content or probe the service's security.
- Don't use automated means to abuse generation capacity.
Subscriptions and payments
AudiPod is currently free while in early access. If paid plans are introduced, their pricing, billing terms, and refund and cancellation policy will be presented at signup and summarized on this page.
Availability
We aim for a reliable service, but generation depends on third-party AI providers and episodes can occasionally fail or be interrupted. You can resume failed generations from your library, and we may change or discontinue features over time.
Termination
You can stop using AudiPod and request deletion of your account and data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
